Sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 du contexte policier<br>\u2192 Il s\u2019agit ici de poser les bases juridiques et professionnelles n\u00e9cessaires pour cadrer la formation, en montrant que le respect du droit est un levier de coh\u00e9sion et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail.<br><strong>2. Comprendre pour mieux pr\u00e9venir<\/strong><br>D\u00e9cryptage des m\u00e9canismes du harc\u00e8lement<br>Liens entre mixit\u00e9, diversit\u00e9 et qualit\u00e9 des relations de travail<br>Comportements \u00e0 risque : banalisation, blagues, attitudes d\u00e9plac\u00e9es<br>T\u00e9moignages ou extraits de situations inspir\u00e9es du terrain<br>\u2192 Il s\u2019agit ici de comprendre les dynamiques qui m\u00e8nent \u00e0 des situations de harc\u00e8lement ou de tensions sexistes, afin de mieux les rep\u00e9rer et les pr\u00e9venir dans les pratiques quotidiennes.<br><strong>3.
